What began as a small design company has grown into a design/build firm serving the oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical and industrial sectors. H & M Design, Inc. through the formation of a sister company, H & M Mechanical Constructors, Inc., has expanded its services to provide engineering, design, procurement and construction services to the industrial customers in the greater Houston Ship Channel Industrial Complex.
